What Facebook blogging application is the best?

The only reason I am keeping my myspace page is because I like its blogging feature, but if I could find a clean, effective, reliable blogging application on Facebook that allowed comments from readers, I could move it over there.

There are, unfortunately, quite a few to choose from. Which ones are the best and most like myspace in terms of functionality?

How to Create Online Income – Part 1

More and more people are looking to the Internet to make money. And sadly, 80% of them will fail miserably and never make a dime. Only 1% to 2% of them will succeed and create decent online income. The rest will make a few dollars here and there, but nothing substantial.

And what is the reason for this? It is not because creating online income is difficult. It is actually very easy, once you know how. There are thousands of ways to make money online. In this article, I will show you how to easily create online income by writing articles. In future articles, I will discuss how to create online income using other techniques.

Although most everyone can speak, not everyone considers themselves to be a great writer. But you don’t have to be a great writer to create online income writing. If there is one word of advice I can give you, it’s this; write it like you say it. Many people try to write long reports using big words thinking that it will impress others. Nahhh! Readers aren’t impressed that easily.

Most people read articles and information for one reason; they want to learn something. Readers are much more impressed by an article that teaches them exactly what they wanted, as opposed to an article full of big words that says nothing. So, KISS (‘Keep It Simple, Stupid)!

So, how can you create online income by writing? You can begin by writing articles. If you are not sure of the format, you can get tons of article writing information from the link to my website below. There are 2 ways to create online income writing articles. The easiest way is to write articles for others.

Webmasters and bloggers are always looking for fresh articles to add to their sites. And, fortunately for you, they are willing to pay for it. If you are just beginning to write articles to create online income, you might only be able to get $2.00 to $3.00 per 500 word article. However, even at that low rate, you can easily write 10 articles in a single day and earn $20 to $30 dollars for a few hours work.

To find anxious article buyers, go to the large forums like the Warrior Forum and Digital Point Forum. After registering, look for threads related to article writing. There are people looking to buy articles at these forums almost everyday. Respond to these posts and ask them to send you a pm (private message) for details on your article writing service. Once you strike a deal, start writing and begin to create online income! It’s that easy.

self publishing?

can i self publish an ebook by myself and not go through a publishing website or pay anyone money? just do everything myself. please be as detailed as possible, i have no idea on how to turn my writing into an ebook and get it on the web. also, can anyone illustrate a childrens book?

Oh course if you turn it into an ebook, it will be nonprofit. Just start your own website and post it there, even simpler post it on some forums. Type the words into Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader. As for the illustrations ask a Photoshopper to do those for you, or you may do them yourself. Hope this helps.

Looking for a news story about a man who started publishing math lectures online.?

I recently saw a story about a former software engineer who quit his job and started publishing his own math oriented lectures online. I believe his name was indian, but I’m not positive.

He turned his closet into his own lecture hall where he records his lectures and publishes them online for free.

Does anyone know his website or where I can find this news story?

I saw the same news story.

His name is Salman Khan, and his website is at http://www.khanacademy.org .

Beyond Customary Ebook Publishing

Single purpose ebooks are a thing of the past, and here is why.

What’s happened to the venerable ebook?  Has it taken it’s place among other antiquated technologies of the Internet like modems and CRT monitors?  Is it a long forgotten technology?

The fact remains that writing an ebook and self publishing it on the Internet has become easier and easier. There are literally thousands of PLR (Private Label Rights) ebooks for the taking so that you don’t even have to be concerned about actually writing an ebook. Ebook software is easily accessible and a lot less expensive, and if you don’t like to write or don’t feel that you have the talent (Just about anyone can write an eBook) you can have a freelance writer do it for you, if you can afford to job it out.

That being said, why even take the time and trouble to write and publish an ebook?  There is most definitely a place for single purpose eBooks on the market today. I would categorize them as highly defined and technical information based ebooks. That is they discuss in great detail how to manage a specific task or function. A good example would be how to utilize RSS feeds on your website, and how they can become a silent marketing tool for your products or services.

Segmented marketing strategies such as technically based ebooks present a different challenge to the Internet Marketer as they require specific knowledge of a given subject to write.  So how can the average person make money with an ebook?

A good example would be to create a free give-away ebook that discusses the merits of other products that you may be selling. This is done quite often and has increased sales and conversion rates for products and services. Within the ebook you discuss the rational for the use of your product or service and create active links to your sales page.

Another method of non-traditional ebook publishing is the “branded” or viral ebook. This is when you create a similar ebook to the above example but allow your affiliates to brand it as their own ebook and distribute it to their customers. The ebook can be branded so that the sales links can be personalized for each affiliate.

Viral ebooks have been around for sometime and the software to create them is well within reach of the average Internet marketer. For example the Adobe PDF format is the worldwide standard for creating an ebook. There is no question that Adobe Acrobat® is the premiere tool for creating pdf ebooks, however there are alternatives that are less expensive that will create and convert to the pdf format. Viral PDF ebooks are very attractive because they provide an unusual way to distribute an information or software product, that is easy and inexpensive to produce.

The process is simple. Let’s say that you have a great widget making software program. You decide to write an ebook that explains all of the benefits of widgets and how they will change the world as we know it. Instead of selling this ebook you give it away with free software that creates proprietary links for anyone who joins your affiliate program. (A simple membership to either PayDotCom or Clickbank starts your first affiliate program for very little work or investment on your part) This means that your affiliates can now offer an ebook that is branded with their name and their affiliate links to anyone that they choose to send it to. This means that whenever someone purchases through those links you get a sale and the affiliate gets a commission. A win-win situation.

With the above suggestions you can easily see how an ebook still furnishes you with a marketing tool to promote your business, product or resource.

Do you know any website for good book publishing agents ?

Hiya,

I am looking a book publishing agent. You know the person that’s find a publisher and everything for you. Except I don’t know any good websites and can’t find anything on google.

Answers and websites much appericated

Thanks in advance =)

Oh, you’ll find lots of them through search engines if you search for the popular keywords regarding the industry. Except, most of them will be scam artists, vanity presses, and unscrupulous agents that charge you a fee and don’t put much effort into trying to sell your work, because why should they when you’ve already paid them.

http://www.agentquery.com and http://www.aaronline.org both have a list of reputable agents.

You can also check on agents at http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums in their Beware and Background Check forum.
