How can I make money online writing articles?

I have been writing for examiner.com, but I would like to write for a publication that pays per article. Any suggestions?

If you like writing fiction stories, you might like http://StoryMash.com

StoryMash is my favorite because it’s collaborative storytelling, which means anyone can add new chapters to any other story. StoryMash pays 50% royalties which turns out to be only a few bucks a month, but seems worth it to me because it’s also fun!

Wineville Chicken Coop Murders Unraveled in Self Published Book

Ninety years ago, the 1920s were thought to be the Jazzing Age of partying, fun and flappers. A series of events that led to an abominable criminal case convinced the people otherwise.

Gordon Stewart Northcott was accused of abducting children, turning them into sex slaves and disposing their bodies on the ranch after killing them. Such a heinous crime transpired near the chicken house at the Northcott Ranch near Wineville. Hence, Gordon Northcott became synonymous to the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders.

Several boys fell prey to Northcott’s brutal hands and even his nephew, Stanford Clark, was not spared. Clark’s mom eventually found out where her missing son was and reported it to the police. The police’s revelation and Stanford Clark’s confession to his participation in the killings appalled the public when they discovered more dead bodies and missing children than expected.

James Jeffrey Paul wrote of how Gordon Northcott meticulously planned and plotted a murder case that botched up somewhere between his lack of talent and his crazy penchant for the criminal.

Nothing Is Strange with You is a self-published book that took James Jeffrey Paul decades to research and write. The author wanted to publicize the Wineville Chicken coop murder using the perspective of the criminal himself.

Nothing Is Strange with You is available on the online bookstores of Xlibris, Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

What is better for online publishing, Blogger or WordPress?

I’ve checked out a lot of info on both of these tools and I’m leaning towards (the online) WordPress but there are a couple things:
– I think WordPress don’t allow me to put on adsense but reserve the right to put their own adsense on my blog. With Google, I can put on adsesnse..??
– Google’s blogger doesn’t have tags/categories??

thanks for your help!

Why not do both?

WordPress has a plug in, free to download which automatically imports blogger content on the fly. So set up both your accounts, write posts in blogger and generate cash from your blogger ads. Then set up the wordpress plugin to update automatically when you post in blogger. A set up guide for the plug in is contained within the help section of the wordpress set up files. It’s easy to set up also if you don’t have much time.

This doubles your exposure and opens your content up to the wordpress communities as well as the blogger communities.

By the way you can use adsense with wordpress, look in the help section for how to add it to the end of each post.

do you think publish america is a good book publishing company?

if you recall i told everyone that dorrance publishing wanted to publish my book for 11,600 dollars. everyone thought that was a bad idea and i thank y’all for that. i thought it was a bad idea to. now i have another offer. publish america is publishing my book for free. but i’m not sure if there that good but i’ll give it a shot. i’m also still looking for other publishers and agents do you think i’m doing the right thing .

If your goal is to get it printed, Publish America will do fine. If you goal is to get it published, try and work through an agent or an editor. There is a difference. Unless someone buys the book directly from the Publish America site, it will never be distributed unless you do it yourself. So if you are really good at self-promoting, then this may work for you. Any copies you want, you have to pay for. The only way to really get your book into a store would be to buy copies of your own book, take them to the store, and see if they will put them on the shelves. Publish America prints the books and sells them to you and puts them up for sale on their site. Personally, I would suggest going a more traditional route.

What is a good blogging site based on my needs?

I am finding a good blogging site for me.It should have-
Easy HTML editor
Able to do ads, like Google AdSense
Able to promote products
Easily make money
Also, my blogs are going to be mostly about Computers & Tech
Help?
P.S extra points- I am a beginner, so can you give me some tips, if possible?

I would suggest that you start using http://www.blogger.com/ It is the most simple place to start for new users. The best thing is that it is a free service that allows you to put ads on your blog. The integration of Adsense ads has been made extremely easy.

There is a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) editor on blogger, so you do not need to know any html if you do not want to.

A starter tip:
Think the a clear topic for your blog and stick to it. Do not blog about stuff all around and make side tracks. It is a sure way to loose your readers.
